Sakit Badan itu Bagus

Sabtu lepas kan join kelas exercise Kak Rahimah..
sgt laa seronok dan sgtlaa penat..
kata kak rahimah.. kalu skait badan tu bagus dah..
memang bagus... sbb aku dah lama tak berexercise nie..

nampak gayanya minggu nie kena laa aku doublekan usaha..
kena buat extra exercise gak..
still dalam planning nak buat mcm mana..
sbb masa aku sgt limited..
either exercise early morning and night
OR
exercise afternoon at office and night..
still mengconsider kan idea nie..
eermmm... think think..
